The Ora Farmhouse, formerly the Pavillon du Lac, is one of the distinctive buildings in the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont. Surrounded by trees, its long upper-level windows and geometric balcony railings give it a character quite apart from the surrounding park. Through the greenery, the lake can just be glimpsed from this part of the park.
The pavilion is part of the original architecture of Buttes-Chaumont, created in the 19th century, and today houses Ora Farmhouse. The restaurant itself describes the building as the Pavillon du Lac and its setting as an “écrin de verdure” in the park.
