Amourette on Boulevard Delessert - terrace time in Paris.

Terrace at Amourette restaurant on Boulevard Delessert in Passy, Paris

Amourette is at 10 Boulevard Delessert in Passy, where a restaurant stood at the same address as long ago as 1910, when it was run by the Amourette family. More than a century later, the restaurant still carries their name.

The large terrace is now a useful stopping point in this part of the 16th arrondissement, with Passy and Trocadéro both within easy walking distance.

If you have crossed the Pont de Bir-Hakeim, climbed the steps from Passy Metro station, followed Rue de l’Alboni and then continued along Boulevard Delessert, Amourette makes a good place to stop and catch your breath. From here, it is only about three minutes to Avenue de Camoëns, whose staircase leads up to one of the best Eiffel Tower photo spots. Avenue de Camoëns begins at Boulevard Delessert and rises towards Rue Benjamin-Franklin.

“The terrace is where Paris breathes — unhurried, curious and endlessly alive.”
