In the courtyard of the Musée des Arts Forains, this wonderfully eccentric piece of sculptural furniture has been claimed by the cat, which appears to have found the most comfortable seat in the house.
The museum’s private collection of fairground art and vintage attractions makes it one of Paris’s more unusual places to visit and the courtyard is full of the same playful, slightly surreal spirit. The museum has made excellent use of the former wine warehouses 'Les Pavillons de Bercy'* which used to supply the Paris wine market.
