Paris Métro: Château Rouge (Line 4) – Night Glow in the Goutte d'Or.

Night entrance to Château Rouge Métro station (Line 4) in Paris 18th arrondissement: sunken access, glowing blue "MÉTRO" sign, wet reflective pavement, lit surrounding buildings, and street elements.

Château Rouge station (Line 4) a nighttime view of one of Paris's lively northern Métro gateways.

Opened in 1908, the station takes its name from the former 'Château Rouge,' an 18th-century pleasure house demolished long ago. The Goutte d'Or neighborhood it serves became a key arrival area for North and West African immigrants from the 1950s onward, earning the nickname "Little Africa." Today the area pulses with life, especially at nearby Marché Barbès, one of Paris's most colorful daily markets for spices, fabrics, produce, and street eats. A Métro stop that opens onto one of the city's most dynamic and diverse quartiers.

Bon lundi à tous !
