Métro Monday is a simple reminder for the festive period. Christmas Day is a public holiday in Paris but the métro continues to run, albeit with a slightly reduced service.
Trains operate across the network, allowing the city to keep moving, but frequencies may be lower than usual and some lines may be quieter than others. If you’re heading out, it’s a good idea to check the RATP app for real-time updates and service information before travelling.
