High above the 4th arrondissement, atop the Tour Saint-Jacques, lies one of the city's best views of some of its bridges and yes, the Eiffel Tower is right there on the horizon.
From this gothic perch, you’re surrounded by a sea of slate rooftops and chimney pots. The Tower rises in the distance, framed by the city’s classic lines. It’s not the closest view but from here you see the Eiffel Tower as part of the city’s skyline.
